Shipping Info & Disclaimers
At StreetUp, we aim to deliver your order as efficiently as possible while ensuring the highest quality standards. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy to understand how we process and dispatch your orders.
- Order Processing Time: Please allow 3 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) for us to process your order. During peak periods or holiday sales, kindly allow up to 5 business days for order dispatch.
- Shipping Address: To ensure accurate and timely delivery, it's crucial that you enter your shipping address correctly. Use the correct abbreviations and ensure spaces are correctly inserted. Astral Threads will not be held responsible for any issues arising from incorrect shipping information.
- Standard Delivery: Our standard delivery time ranges from 2 to 4 days from the date your item is shipped. Please note that this time frame is calculated from the shipping date, not the order placement date. The actual delivery time may vary depending on your location.
- Package Delivery: If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you haven't received it, please contact your local post office for assistance. StreetUp is not responsible for packages marked as delivered.
- COD Orders: We charge an extra ₹60 fee for Cash on delivery orders which is not included in the total amount as this amount goes directly to the shipping company.
Tracking Information
You will receive an email containing a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
For some shipping companies, it may take 1-2 business days for the tracking information to update in their system. If your order was placed more than 3 business days ago and there is still no information available on your tracking number, please contact us for assistance.
Multiple Packages
Please be aware that for logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may occasionally be sent in separate packages, even if you've selected combined shipping.
